Can I bring my pets to your "home"?

We normally provide pet care services in your home where your pets feel the most safe, secure and comfortable. Kenneling may cause undue stress.
When we visit your pet in its own home we serve you in two ways:
  1. Take care of your precious pet kid in its own environment.
  2. We make sure your home is secure and safe for your pets and for you when you arrive back home!

How Long Are the pet care visits? Dog Walks?

We do not charge by time. We are with your pet as along as is needed. Different pets have different needs. We focus on the customized pet care plan we have created with you designed just for you and your pets.

Who has access to my home?

TPC team of professional, certified, bonded and insured team members will have access to your home. We do not share pet care assignments nor client information with others. Security is serious and our priority. Your key is coded and locked in a secure key file. No information associated to your address, your name or your pet is kept with your key.

How about bonding and insurance?

All TPC team members are professional, certified, licensed, bonded and insured. Your pets and home are two of the most important things in your life. 
Sadly, many times new clients find TPC AFTER they have trusted their pets and home to friends, neighbors, relatives or the kid down the street with unhappy results.
NEVER trust your pets and home to anyone who is not a professional.

What if we are delayed in our return home?

We are with your pet until you return. Let us know as soon as you know--and it's handled!

Last minute/short notice service?

Once you are a client of TPC you are always a client with priority status. We are prepared to handle short notice assignments. We have a reputation for being flexible!!

When and how do I pay?

Payment is due upon scheduling service.
TPC accepts: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express

How many visits are scheduled per day?

This is determined by you when we create with you, at our first meeting, your optimum pet care plan.

Do you provide service on Holidays?

Yes! We provide pet care 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. Holidays and weekends are busy. Cancelations may include a cancelation fee. There is a service fee on holidays. Please book as far in advance as possible.
